For the Wingate Annual Private Client Lunch at Crown Palladium, we designed and installed bespoke tablescapes for over 400 guests, creating a sophisticated dining experience that celebrated contemporary Australian design through texture, movement, and natural form.

Each floral centrepiece by Molly Molly Co was individually crafted using sculptural loops of native grass, woven and shaped to create flowing organic forms that brought height, dimension, and visual interest to every table. Nestled within these intricate structures were carefully curated clusters of seasonal florals, including striking banksias, textural natives, and soft blooms in warm sunset tones, creating a refined balance between elegance and the Australian landscape. No two arrangements were identical. Each centrepiece was designed as its own artistic sculpture, ensuring every table offered a unique visual experience while maintaining a cohesive look across the ballroom. The result was a collection of statement pieces that transformed the expansive Palladium space into an intimate and engaging environment.

To complete the tablescape, sandstone-toned taper candles were displayed within tall glass cylinders and gold-accented holders, adding warmth, ambience, and a sense of occasion throughout the room. Combined with premium linens and thoughtfully layered styling elements, the design delivered a memorable setting that reflected the prestige of one of Wingate’s flagship annual events.

The final result was a striking installation that seamlessly blended natural materials, contemporary styling, and large-scale event design, creating an elevated guest experience for one of Melbourne’s premier corporate gatherings.
